Lisa’s love for animals started at a very young age. She started volunteering at a local animal shelter in Rhode Island at the age of 12. Lisa fell in love with veterinary medicine and spent the next 15 years as a veterinary nurse. Her goal was to become more into a leadership position which she accomplished five years ago as a Veterinary Hospital Manager. Lisa is thrilled to join River Road Veterinary Hospital. A hospital that shares her vision for supporting veterinary staff while offering excellent veterinary care.
When Lisa isn’t entertaining her dog Clarabelle, whom you may see at River Road. She enjoys walks on the beach, reading, spending time with her family, her saltwater fish tanks and watching the Dallas Cowboys. Lisa is also very passionate about bees because without them we would not have honey.
