Born and raised in Derry, NH, he started his veterinary journey early, earning both his associate and bachelor’s degrees in veterinary science from Becker College in 2017. He became a Certified Veterinary Technician before heading south to Tennessee, where he graduated from Lincoln Memorial University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2021.
After several years in general practice and urgent care, Dr. DeCosmo made the leap back into general practice and now proudly serves as Lead Veterinarian at River Road Veterinary Hospital. He’s passionate about preventive care, pain management, and dentistry.
Dr. DeCosmo is all about collaboration and communication, and he treats every patient like they’re part of his own furry crew.
Speaking of which, at home in Greenville, NH, he’s got a full house which he shares with his wife and son. They have four dogs Reina, Lilah, Fin, and Grimm. Two cats, Peach and Ming. They recently added a flock of chicken and ducks!
When he’s not at the clinic, Dr. DeCosmo is probably out hiking, camping, fishing, or relaxing with friends and family.
